RetroSwitch Anniversary Special Friday!

Friends of RetroSwitch are welcome to tune in Friday at 7:30 pm for RetroSwitch's Fifth Anniversary Special!  If you listened to last Friday's "RetroSwitch Live," we were pleased to have Kirk Bartha on for a whole hour as he motivated the listening audience to find solace within a world of noise, as we remain focused becoming more Christlike.  Kirk is the author of Clairvaux Manifesto, and we'll continue to give his book away Friday, Feb. 5 on the Anniversary Special.

Steve, the Retro Insider, who monthly guest appears on "RetroSwitch Live" profiling popular musical artists, will join myself, Parker, as we celebrate five years of ministry on Faith FM in Kitchener, ON, and on the Web across the world.  Steve and Parker will discuss how Christianity and culture not only collide, but collaborate in your world.  We'll touch on principles taught in Clairvaux Manifesto, skim over articles from Relevant Magazine, and hear musings from not only Steve, but take your phone calls and opinions as well.

In addition to Clairvaux Manifesto, we'll give away cds, profile artists who created hit songs from 2005 - the year RetroSwitch started - like Switchfoot's "This Is Your Life" and reveal the path they took to get to where they are today.  You'll also hear clips from RetroSwitch programs gone by.

Lastly, Faith FM's Shinin' Star Finale occurs at Kitchener's Centre in the Square Feb. 5, so we'll receive updates from Faith FM's "Homebound" host Brad Loveday on the evening's talent, including his thoughts on Jaci Velasquez's music judging talent.
